About the role

  • Assist students, companies, and educational institutions with registration and the promotion of opportunities.
  • Update client records.
  • Enter internship program data and keep the database up to date.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate pages on the Portal according to requested services.
  • Clarify customers' questions about products and services.
  • Provide customer service and register new clients.
  • Assist in maintaining the database (client registration).
  • Support technical promotion of products.
  • Provide customer support via email, phone, and WhatsApp for process-related information.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Marketing (Technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease of working with computerized systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a disposition to handle tasks that require focus.
  • Minimum of one year remaining until graduation.
