About the role
- Assist students, companies, and educational institutions with registration and the promotion of opportunities.
- Update client records.
- Enter internship program data and keep the database up to date.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate pages on the Portal according to requested services.
- Clarify customers' questions about products and services.
- Provide customer service and register new clients.
- Assist in maintaining the database (client registration).
- Support technical promotion of products.
- Provide customer support via email, phone, and WhatsApp for process-related information.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Marketing (Technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease of working with computerized systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a disposition to handle tasks that require focus.
- Minimum of one year remaining until graduation.
