About the role
- Assist students, companies and educational institutions with registration and promotion of opportunities.
- Update customer records;
- Register internship program details, keeping the database up to date;
- Direct users to the Portal pages according to the services requested;
- Clarify customers' questions about products and services;
- Provide support and register new customers;
- Assist in maintaining the database (customer registration);
- Provide technical promotion of products;
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone and WhatsApp regarding process information.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing (Technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease in using computerized systems;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and willingness to perform tasks that require concentration;
- Must have at least one year remaining until graduation/available to continue the internship.
