About the role

  • Assist students, companies and educational institutions with registration and promotion of opportunities.
  • Update customer records;
  • Register internship program details, keeping the database up to date;
  • Direct users to the Portal pages according to the services requested;
  • Clarify customers' questions about products and services;
  • Provide support and register new customers;
  • Assist in maintaining the database (customer registration);
  • Provide technical promotion of products;
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone and WhatsApp regarding process information.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing (Technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease in using computerized systems;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and willingness to perform tasks that require concentration;
  • Must have at least one year remaining until graduation/available to continue the internship.
