About the role

  • Work within the Commercial Banking Portfolio Management team
  • Support the Director Credit Products in achieving business objectives
  • Manage relationship with various partners throughout the bank
  • Assist in development and implementation of proposals for Employee Share Purchase and Partner Capital Loan Programs
  • Preparation and compilation of monthly Employee Share Purchase Programs and Partner Capital Loan reports
  • Manage ESPP and PCL sites inclusive of program offers and updates
  • Provide marketing and communications support on products, features & services collateral
  • Participate in meetings with Commercial Banking Relationship, Private Banking, and Retail Managers
  • Support execution of projects, particularly related to the products
  • Develop and manage internal sales support programs and communications.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or Commerce, or related discipline OR equivalent business experience
  • Prior experience in Retail Banking Centre and Retail Adjudication is preferred
  • Strong affinity for product management and product development
  • Excitement about launching new innovative products to market
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Critical thinking skills to inform decision making
