About the role
- join our Business Client Advice Centre (BCAC) reporting to the Team Leader, Business Banking.
- support Business Banking clients and internal partners directly in providing administrative and client support to seek business growth opportunities.
- create strong working relationships while making a difference in clients' financial success.
- leverage knowledge of cash management, credit, investment and wealth protection to answer questions and provide information to clients.
- partner with Financial Advisors to help clients meet their financial goals.
- take accountability for client issues, and know when to lean on others to find solutions.
- prepare client files, book appointments, and maintain schedules.
- help team success by improving team productivity and proactively uncovering business opportunities.
Requirements
- fluency in French and English
- ability to work independently as an Agent @ Home with a secure workspace
- wired Internet connection with a minimum download speed of 15 mbps and upload speed of 10 mbps.
- flexible to work banking centre hours which may include evenings and weekends
- flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
- ability to work flexible hours on a rotating basis to accommodate client and branch schedules.
