About the role

  • Support Business Banking clients and internal partners on after-sales related activities.
  • Handle account maintenance requests and service inquiries.
  • Validate Digital Business Onboarding (DBO) applications for banking segments.
  • Promote and demonstrate digital banking options to clients.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a professional, fast-paced sales and service environment preferably in a financial and client service industry or Client Contact Centre.
  • Demonstrate well developed knowledge of business products and services (lending, cash management solutions, GICs and banking centre services).
  • Fluent in French and English to serve our clients in the community.
