About the role
- Support Business Banking clients and internal partners on after-sales related activities.
- Handle account maintenance requests and service inquiries.
- Validate Digital Business Onboarding (DBO) applications for banking segments.
- Promote and demonstrate digital banking options to clients.
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in a professional, fast-paced sales and service environment preferably in a financial and client service industry or Client Contact Centre.
- Demonstrate well developed knowledge of business products and services (lending, cash management solutions, GICs and banking centre services).
- Fluent in French and English to serve our clients in the community.
