  • Support Imperial Service clients by utilizing knowledge of CIBC banking financial services to provide specialized support on financial planning and advice cycle
  • Review and evaluate the needs of customers while maintaining a standard for World Class Service
  • Engage with existing clients to provide high-quality financial planning, advice, and recommendations tailored to each client
  • Identify possible process improvements that would increase productivity and ensure optimal efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • CIRO-ID certified professional
  • Current accreditation and good standing for CIRO-ID licensing
  • Current accreditation and good standing in AMF licensing (Quebec)
  • Successful completion of Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
  • Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC)
  • It’s an asset if you’ve completed CSI/ICB Investment and Taxation Fundamentals Course - Quebec (0774)
  • CSI/ICB Legal & Ethical Aspects of Financial Planning Course (0790).
