About the role
- Provide invaluable support and customer service to the mortgage sales force
- Identify additional client needs (Cross sell opportunities)
- Liaise with mortgage specialists and advisors, clients, solicitors, underwriters, advancers
- Follow up on documentation to ensure seamless closings
- Work shifts between Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm
Requirements
- Extensive experience in the delivery and management of CIBC Mortgage products
- Strong underwriting knowledge
- Strong understanding of CIBC computer applications, including COINS/CLASS, LCMS, Plexus / (AS05) Excalibur, Service Commitment
- Working knowledge of software packages commonly used at CIBC, i.e. Windows and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in French and English to support business operations outside of Quebec, Canada
