About the role
- Provide strong leadership and management that will meet strategic, transformational and tactical objectives for the division
- Effectively run, protect and transform the division to meet the bank’s growth, regulatory, and complexity demands
- Measure results to assess performance relative to objectives
- Develop and maintain strong reporting to manage the business, including KPIs
- Collaborate effectively with partners across TI&I and internal partners including Treasury Management
- Acquire and develop talent
- Embrace and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion
Requirements
- 10+ years of management experience
- Extensive experience in risk and control focus in loan operations
- Proven ability to manage a team of employees
- Goal-oriented and motivated to accomplish goals
- Ability to inspire outcomes by sharing expertise
- Strong communication of detailed information
- Must engage with purpose to find the right solutions
