About the role
- Gain applicable experience in origination, structuring and execution of Leveraged Finance transactions
- Contribute to internal and external deal processes with respect to deal documentation and underwriting approvals
- Prepare marketing materials for pitch books for corporate and sponsor clients
Requirements
- Enrolled in an undergraduate degree in a business related discipline
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 – June 2028
- Knowledge of business, economics and/or finance acquired through education and experience
- Strong interest in and knowledge of financial markets
- Strong technical, computational and analytical skills
- Understanding of credit analysis and accounting principles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Proven ability to contribute to high performance teams
- Ability to work within a non-public information environment
