About the role
- Work in a fast paced Contact Centre to proactively reach out to clients
- Suggest new and existing financial services products
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand financial needs
- Provide information and resolutions to client issues
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English
- Ability to work independently as an Agent@Home
- Wired Internet connection to support call quality
- Flexible to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 08:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
