About the role

  • Provide end-to-end support for Estate settlement
  • Manage estate-related matters, including account settlements and escalations
  • Support clients and representatives through emotional and challenging times
  • Escalate issues that may impact client relationships
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on estate processing
  • Deliver status updates to clients regarding estate matters
  • Maintain clients' estate journeys with empathy and understanding.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to settle deceased clients’ estates.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Knowledge of all banking products (i.e., deposit accounts, investments, lending, mortgages, etc.)
  • Empathy in sensitive client conversations
  • System savvy, able to navigate varied systems
  • Familiarity with Simplii products is an asset
  • Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills
  • Experience in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Collaborate effectively with Banking Centre employees and Executors
