About the role
- Support the recruitment and selection process for junior positions, including job postings, phone screenings, intial interviews, and coordination with hiring managers
- Assist in end-to end recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and support during the hiring stage
- Participate in the organization and execution of onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring proper integration into the company’s culture and operations
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, such as managing content on job platforms, coordinating with universities, and participating in career fairs
- Develop and update job descriptions in collaboration with department leaders
- Collaborate on special HR projects, such as employee engagement, training, organizational culture, and wellness programs
- Maintain the candidate and employee database up to date, ensuring confidentiality of information.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Office and Excel is a must)
- Organization, team work, follow-through and proactive skills are a must
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field
- Fluent English
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
