About the role

  • Design and implement customized software solutions based on customer needs, business goals, and technical requirements
  • Create implementation plans based on gathered requirements
  • Lead the implementation process by configuring, installing, and integrating the company's products or services
  • Provide post-installation follow-ups, technical guidance, and support during the implementation phase; troubleshoot issues to align the solution with client business processes
  • Serve as a liaison between the client, sales, product development, and support teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the implementation
  • Conduct training sessions for client stakeholders on using and maintaining the implemented solution
  • Produce documentation, manuals, and guides to help clients understand and use the product effectively
  • Test the performance of the installed system, fix bugs, and perform quality checks to ensure the implemented solution meets client expectations and complies with predefined standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or Software Engineering
  • Fluency in English
  • Previous work experience in related areas
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to design high-level, big-picture software solutions
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and in a user-friendly manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
