Requirements

  • Attract, select and onboard professionals, following guidelines established by the People Development area.
  • Manage the company's attraction and selection processes.
  • Continuously seek new recruitment sources.
  • Conduct profile briefings with hiring managers.
  • Screen resumes and invite candidates to the selection process.
  • Lead selection processes for all levels, from job opening to closure.
  • Analyze candidate data and prepare selection reports.
  • Deliver onboarding training and code of conduct sessions.
  • Monitor the onboarding process during the first 30 days.
  • Support competency-mapping activities to improve talent processes.
