Requirements
- Attract, select and onboard professionals, following guidelines established by the People Development area.
- Manage the company's attraction and selection processes.
- Continuously seek new recruitment sources.
- Conduct profile briefings with hiring managers.
- Screen resumes and invite candidates to the selection process.
- Lead selection processes for all levels, from job opening to closure.
- Analyze candidate data and prepare selection reports.
- Deliver onboarding training and code of conduct sessions.
- Monitor the onboarding process during the first 30 days.
- Support competency-mapping activities to improve talent processes.
