About the role

  • Provide technical support to users and systems, in-person or remotely;
  • Perform queries, updates and maintenance on databases using SQL commands (SELECT, UPDATE, INSERT and DELETE);
  • Assist in identifying and resolving issues related to computer networks and connectivity;
  • Support the operation and integration of fiscal technologies (NFC-e, NF-e, CF-e);
  • Provide support and monitoring for TEF (Electronic Funds Transfer) solutions;
  • Assist with operating system tasks and basic IT support.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of SQL (SELECT, UPDATE, INSERT and DELETE);
  • Knowledge of computer networks;
  • Proven experience in technical support;
  • Familiarity with retail fiscal technologies (NFC-e, NF-e and CF-e);
  • Knowledge of TEF;
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems and general IT;
  • Knowledge of ERP and POS systems.
  • **Desired requirements:**
  • Knowledge of ITIL;
  • Experience with LINX POS;
  • Experience in system implementations.
