About the role
- Daily sales reports and other reports related to the role;
- Monitor sales performance of company-owned stores and franchises together with the team;
- Provide insights and identify opportunities to increase sales performance and engagement across omnichannel channels;
- Support the operations team to ensure optimal SLAs and excellent customer experience, including support to Customer Service (SAC) and franchisees;
- Organize training for the store network;
- Test new features and tools;
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress;
- Basic to intermediate Excel;
- Linx ERP;
- Power BI;
- VTEX;
- Knowledge of the SAP system.
