Support recruitment and selection activities by identifying qualified talents to meet the organization's needs
Participate in planning and executing talent attraction strategies aligned with the organization's needs
Conduct resume screening and preliminary interviews to assess candidates' suitability for job requirements
Advertise job openings on various recruitment channels such as job websites and social media
Manage the selection process, including administering tests, group dynamics, and final interviews
Evaluate and analyze candidates' technical and behavioral competencies, providing objective and relevant feedback
Maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them informed about the progress of the selection process and addressing their inquiries
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment and selection processes by suggesting and implementing enhancements
Utilize data analysis tools to monitor metrics and performance indicators of talent attraction processes
Perform other activities related to the People sub-areas
Contribute to the strategy for implementing AI at the company scale, aiming to optimize processes, identify automation opportunities, and promote an organizational culture aligned with the /Flow strategy. Develop and implement solutions that promote the effective use of AI across all areas of the company, seeking to improve performance and operational efficiency.

Ability to work across multi-geography team
Experience in recruitment and selection, talent attraction, resume screening, and interviews
Experience managing selection processes including tests, group dynamics, and final interviews
Ability to evaluate technical and behavioral competencies and provide objective and relevant feedback
Skill in advertising job openings on job websites and social media
Familiarity with data analysis tools to monitor talent attraction metrics and KPIs
Willingness to contribute to AI strategy and develop AI-enabled recruitment solutions
