- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional requirements, epics, and user stories.
- Once you document the user experience process, we rely on you to write the Epics and User Stories on how the development should work.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and user expectations.
- Provide end-user support, respond to queries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Develop clear business requirement documents and facilitate workshops to ensure effective communication of requirements among team members.
- Conduct user research, collect and analyze feedback, and translate insights into actionable designs.
- Develop user flows and tie to Epics, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to explore and validate design concepts.
- Create clean, modern, and consistent user interfaces (UI), applying design best practices and brand guidelines, creating style guides.
- Work in close collaboration with Product Managers and Business Partners to understand requirements and priorities, and with developers to ensure the proper technical implementation of designs.
- Plan and execute usability tests to identify points of friction and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with international clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in UI/UX design.
- Ability to analyze data and user feedback to make informed design decisions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience working in agile teams, with an understanding of rituals and the importance of continuous collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and front-end framework and SalesForce.
