About the role
- Headway is a global tech company revolutionizing lifelong learning with digital products for over 150 million users.
- First in-house Product Designer for Goodly, creating a product to help people live, work, and learn with more joy and clarity.
- Design user flows on mobile and web.
- Search for new ideas and solutions and present concepts to the team.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, content design, and marketing.
- Create mock-ups to research users’ responses on physical products.
- Conduct User Research, analyze, and implement users’ feedback.
- Support other activities, like developing visual language for CRM.
Requirements
- At least 2.5+ years of experience contributing on design teams.
- Experience as an in-house product designer, not only outsourcing.
- Experience in implementing a data-driven approach on creating simple, fascinating experiences for users.
- Deep understanding of interaction design, colour theory, font choice.
- Good skills in prototyping & wireframing.
- Familiarity with common product metrics.
- Familiarity with core principles of tools like Raw, Lotty or Adobe After Effects.
- Alignment with the values of our team ( SELECT ).
- Experience with design system, components and libraries, collaborative features, and Dev Mode for efficient design handoff on Figma will be a plus.
