About the role
- Own end-to-end recruitment for roles like Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, AI Developer, and others in the data space
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define sourcing strategies and challenge role requirements when needed
- Maintain an organized and engaged pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities
- Manage multiple openings with agility, prioritization, and ownership
Requirements
- Strong experience recruiting for data-related roles
- Solid understanding of stacks, and concepts such as SQL, Python, Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud platforms
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-volume environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
