About the role
- Lead major data architecture projects and provide technical guidance
- Engage with client leaders and support pre-sales and proposal building
- Act as point of contact for senior managers and strategic initiatives
- Mentor team, promote continuous learning, and develop inclusive leaders and successors
- Make critical decisions about data architecture and drive AI and FLOW adoption
- Guide the team in using agile methods and ensure secure, well-organized data systems
- Implement access control, data lifecycle management and maintain organized data structures
- Balance team competencies, manage financial aspects, and ensure operational excellence
- Foster an emotionally healthy, safe, and diverse work environment
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a Data Architect position within a consultancy similar to CI&T
- Databricks experience
- Experience in sales and presenting to clients and helping the RFP process
- Experience within the FS sector
- Machine Learning and AI experience
- Willing to come to London office/clients office 2 - 3 days a week.
