  • At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Data Developer to join our team in Brazil.
  • Position overview: Implement and maintain scalable data solutions that drive business value for global clients; develop data pipelines, ensure data quality, and support data governance practices in cloud environments.

Requirements

  • Advanced English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Strong coding experience with Python
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and DBT
  • Proven background in data engineering with modern data stacks
  • Experience in Azure cloud environments using SQL and/or Spark (with Apache Airflow and Dataforms)
  • Knowledge of data quality practices and implementation methods
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes
  • Expertise in dimensional data modeling
  • Experience implementing and working with Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions
  • Understanding of Data Governance principles
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with on-premise data solutions
  • Nice-to-have: Advanced SQL query optimization skills
