About the role

As a Data Engineer for Accompany Health, you will help shape the future of healthcare data.
Collaborate across the organization with Product, Sales, and Clinical Operations to integrate and execute data solutions.
Build products to integrate highly fragmented healthcare services into end-to-end experiences.
Contribute to data platform strategy and design scalable data infrastructure and ETL pipelines.
Support and develop data tools, analytics capabilities, and data governance practices.

0-2 years of data engineering experience or recent graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
Foundational knowledge of data pipeline concepts including databases, ETL processes, and basic distributed systems
Solid SQL skills and understanding of data modeling principles for both structured and semi-structured data
Experience with or eagerness to learn data transformation processes and data quality best practices
Problem-solving mindset with interest in learning modern data technologies and frameworks
Basic experience with data analysis and turning business requirements into technical approachesAnalytical thinking skills and comfort working with various data formats and sources
Understanding of or willingness to learn about data governance, metadata management, and workflow orchestration
Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and collaborative mindset
