About the role
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap strategy, aligning them with business objectives.
- Lead the discovery and prioritization of the backlog, balancing business requirements with scalability and technical performance needs.
- Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvements.
- Work closely with stakeholders and external partners, aligning on product value and roadmap definition, while clearly communicating project progress.
- Foster a culture of innovation and feedback, always seeking to enhance product offerings and user experiences.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in a technical or data context.
- Ability to perform simple data analyses and validations.
- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative to drive projects forward.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Experience working with Jira for project management and backlog tracking.
- Knowledge of data architecture concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
- Experience with cloud tools (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and data services.
- Experience with Databricks.
