About the role

  • Provide expert travel guidance and ensure seamless travel arrangements for corporate clients.
  • Conduct exhaustive fact-finding interviews of the traveler or corporate representative to ascertain travel needs.
  • Maintain proper tracking of the status/entries in main operational queues (Action, Error, and Cancel).
  • Initiate cancellation or reservation change processes to completion, where applicable, including client notification.
  • Provide updates to client organizations to ensure awareness of travel information and status.
