About the role
- Manage all aspects of an excellent customer service experience for current and prospective customers
- Handle a variety of customer service inquiries and problems received by telephone, fax, email, text or other web/internet media
- Provide support to lower level staff on non-standard cases
- Review and troubleshoot customer problems and initiate action for repair, replacement return or field service
- Promote alternative products or services
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service and Support
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work extended hours to meet business demands
- Ability to read, write and communicate in Spanish, preferred
