💰 $15 - $23 per hour
About the role
- Support daily agronomy and operations activities
- Perform a variety of hands-on operational tasks
- Maintain smooth workflow by supporting drivers and operations staff
- Organize and count inventory, stage orders, and keep chemical storage areas clean
- Load and unload trucks via forklift
- Assist walk-in customers and maintain yard and facility cleanliness
- Conduct regular housekeeping duties such as sweeping, power washing, and cleaning up spills
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture
Requirements
- Knowledge of Operations and/or Business Operations
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Agriculture experience preferred
- Forklift certification preferred
