Manager

• Build and run the delivery plan (schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resources) for assigned projects keeping them credible, visible and in line with the Chrysos Stage Gate process.
• Actively drive the team members to ensure project targets are achieved.
• Experience as a senior engineer with real-world experience building complex electro-mechanical systems and ability to draw on technical depth in their field of expertise with the breadth of their broader engineering experience.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams encompassing engineering, physics, software, technology, and operations, ensuring effective communication, collaboration and seamless project delivery.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks using appropriate tools and systems.
• Track project performance and metrics to ensure milestones are met, outcomes are achieved, and continuous improvements are made.
• Have an eye and voice for safety and contribute to ensuring a safe work environment for all.
• Work closely with key partners & suppliers for the development of the next generation of PhotonAssay™ Max analysers.
• Foster a culture of innovation within project teams, promoting creative problem-solving and high-impact results.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Stage Gate new product development and introduction process at Chrysos.
