Project Manager

• Deliver capital projects and supporting the full facilities lifecycle across a portfolio in the USCa Region
• Ensure all school infrastructure is safe, compliant, and aligned with educational and operational needs
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Manage relationships with landlords, tenants, consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and capex planning
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and risks
• Prepare regular reports, KPIs, and performance updates on project delivery, design, construction progress, facilities performance, and budget management
• Maintain compliance with local legislation and ISP policies
