About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver capital projects and supporting the full facilities lifecycle across a portfolio in the USCa Region
Ensure all school infrastructure is safe, compliant, and aligned with educational and operational needs
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Manage relationships with landlords, tenants, consultants, contractors, and authorities
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and capex planning
Monitor construction progress, quality, and risks
Prepare regular reports, KPIs, and performance updates on project delivery, design, construction progress, facilities performance, and budget management
Maintain compliance with local legislation and ISP policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or MEP Engineering (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), Industrial Engineer, or similar background
Project Management certification (preferred)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM or similar design tools (preferred)
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to travel across the region
Proven experience in facilities lifecycle management, including planning, design, construction, and facilities operations
Experience managing capex and operational budgets
Experience managing external contractors and suppliers
Experience managing multi-site or regional portfolios preferred
Experience working across North America (US and Canada) or in international environments is highly desirable
