Requirements

  • 5+ years of being a high-performing Service Manager or Fixed Ops Director in heavy/commercial truck operations
  • A proven track record driving customer satisfaction (NPS/CSI), profitability, and developing high-functioning teams
  • A self-starter who thrives in varied dealership environments—adept at earning trust and commanding attention
  • Passionate about teaching and mentoring: you’ve mastered the real-world systems under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable leading training sessions and working with all personalities
  • Available and eager for frequent travel (up to 3 weeks per month U.S. & Canada)
