General Counsel

• Provide legal and project-related tax advice to a client base in the nonprofit (NPO) sector
• Handle projects of varying sizes, e.g., establishment of subsidiaries
• Prepare legal opinions, position papers and solution proposals
• Draft articles of association, rules of procedure and contracts (in particular cooperation agreements)
• Assess and review complex legal and tax matters
• Exchange feedback in regular status meetings (jour fixe) with partners and the rest of the legal department
