• Create scalable training resources, including onboarding guides, curricula, knowledge base articles, job aids, and quick reference guides.
• Provide go-live support and reinforcement training to ensure sustained adoption and effective use of Chorus tools.
• Establish training standards, templates, and frameworks that will form the foundation of a scalable training function.
• Partner with Product, Delivery, Clinical Solutions, and Partner Success to align training with product workflows and releases.
• Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and user adoption.
• Track and report on training participation, satisfaction, and outcomes to demonstrate impact.
• Manage your own workload and priorities as a self-directed training lead, while identifying needs for future team expansion.
