5–7 years of experience in CPG and/or retail supply chain roles, with a strong emphasis on technology, systems, and process design.
Deep familiarity with supply chain planning and execution processes; experience supporting or implementing planning tools is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading a full technology solution implementation or owning a major pillar of a multi-phase implementation.
Technologically fluent — comfortable evaluating tools, working with data, and partnering with technical teams.
Hands-on experience with MRP, ERP, WMS, TMS, and related systems.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data manipulation, dashboarding, or light coding (SQL, Python, R, or similar).
A natural problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and can build structure where none exists.
Excellent communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
Energized by building, improving, and scaling processes in a fast-moving environment.
