About the role

  • Reporting into the Senior Manager, Strategy, this individual will play a pivotal role in driving Chomps’ long-term strategy.
  • You’ll lead targeted workstreams, support strategic initiatives across the organization, and help drive executive alignment.
  • Maintain our Long-Range Planning model (LRP) by working closely with members of teams across the organization.
  • Manage strategic initiatives and value creation projects from scoping to execution.
  • Lead the development of situational assessments and contingency plans in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Curate and prepare monthly Growth Council readouts; drive follow-ups and action closure.
  • Collaborate with departments to gather insights and build tools that enhance strategic clarity.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance, actionable recommendations, and comprehensive insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages experimentation, learning, and adaptation.
  • Facilitate effective change management processes, ensuring seamless transition and adoption of strategic initiatives throughout the organization.
  • Act as a liaison between executive leadership and functional teams, conveying insights, progress updates, and strategic implications to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate strategy.
  • Deep analytical expertise with fluency in financial modeling, scenario planning, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliverables.
  • Passionate about learning, growth, and making an impact.
  • Experience in CPG or high-growth environments a plus.
