About the role

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified interns and early career talent from multiple channels
  • Create an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Partner with People Business Managers to identify departmental needs
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and implement programs
  • Oversee internship programs, ensuring they align with Chobani’s values
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for internships and early career roles
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics and program outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or talent management, with a focus on early career or internship programs
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders, including hiring managers and external partners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to attract diverse talent
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR technology
