About the role
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified interns and early career talent from multiple channels
- Create an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Partner with People Business Managers to identify departmental needs
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and implement programs
- Oversee internship programs, ensuring they align with Chobani’s values
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for internships and early career roles
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and program outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or talent management, with a focus on early career or internship programs
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders, including hiring managers and external partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to attract diverse talent
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR technology
