About the role
- Serve as the strategic driver and onsite leader for the Twin Falls plant’s highest-priority initiatives, programs, and cross-functional projects
- Partner with the SVP of Operations and Site Leadership Team to translate strategic objectives into actionable, prioritized initiatives and execution plans
- Drive operational discipline by establishing clear timelines, milestones, success metrics, and governance frameworks for major programs
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and proactive communication across Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance/Utilities, EHS, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, and R&D
- Serve as the primary onsite sponsor and leader for high-priority initiatives (e.g., capacity expansion, line performance optimization, cost-reduction programs, new capabilities, digital transformation, and workforce strategies)
- Build and oversee project management structures that track progress, anticipate risks, and ensure resource allocation is optimized
- Remove obstacles, escalate issues appropriately, and ensure initiative owners have the tools, data, and support needed for success
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, using data-driven decision making to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and systemic gaps
- Embed best-practice methodologies (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma) to elevate execution and sustain long-term improvements
- Influence and coach leaders across the site to build executional rigor, enhance organizational capability, and improve cross-functional collaboration
- Act as a thought partner to the SVP of Operations on site strategy, organizational design, talent development, and long-term capability building
- Provide clear communication to senior leadership on initiative status, resource demands, risks, and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field)
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or a related environment
- Demonstrated success leading complex, high-impact, cross-functional programs within a large-scale manufacturing or CPG facility
- Deep experience with Lean, TPM, continuous improvement, and operational excellence frameworks
- Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams
- Strong project and portfolio management capability; able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Highly skilled in problem-solving, risk mitigation, systems thinking, and change management
- Outstanding communication skills; able to translate complexity into clarity for all levels of the organization
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities and significant ambiguity.
