About the role
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Diagnose PLC, HMI, and control system issues and implement corrective actions.
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and follow safety protocols.
- Design, develop, and optimize automated and manufacturing systems.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and performance through data analysis and engineering solutions.
- Manage capital projects, including system upgrades and new equipment installations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Lead and develop maintenance and technical teams to achieve operational goals.
- Schedule and prioritize maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support training, coaching, and performance management of technical staff.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to support production objectives.
Requirements
- Relevant technical degree, certification, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or automated environments preferred.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices.
