• Reviewing, interpreting, and editing legal documents, including wills, trusts, waivers, receipts, releases, inventories, and accountings
• Communicating directly with financial institutions, estate and trust fiduciaries, and/or their legal representatives
• Monitoring the progress of estate and trust administration
• Collaborating with bequest attorneys, team members, and clients
• Drafting and sending correspondence
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in the bequest database
• Documenting notifications, correspondence, and follow-up actions in the database
