About the role
- Build strong, purposeful relationships and effectively support existing customers
- Carry out regular business reviews to identify their needs and goals
- Create growth plans and implement solutions to drive sustainable growth
- Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies
- Drive the brand distribution strategy to increase the quality and quantity of customer partnerships within your territory
- Ensure all data on your territory is accurate and up-to-date, including territory performance, customer contact details, digital savviness, new/closed outlets, etc.
- Embrace and leverage digital tools always
- Bring a growth mindset to all that you do
- Demonstrate resilience in overcoming challenges and persistently pursue long-term goals despite short-term setbacks
Requirements
- Experience within Sales or Account Management would be an advantage
- Full Driver’s license with at least 12 months active driving experience under a full Drivers License
