About the role

  • Spearhead direct sales efforts, focusing on key players with substantial workforces of 10,000 to 35,000 employees.
  • Shape strategic account relationships, account management processes, and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaboratively craft go-to-market strategy.
  • Engage prospects through discovery calls, demos, and in-person meetings, using a consultative approach to close deals.
  • Execute a scalable sales strategy—including cold calling, emailing, and social selling—to build a robust pipeline and convert leads in collaboration with the Business Development team.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, exceeding sales targets while ensuring seamless onboarding for new clients.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to align solutions with market needs and refine go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience required, ideally in outbound or consultative environments;
  • Experience in payroll, HCM, benefits, or financial wellness solutions preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales involving multiple decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in driving sales opportunities.
