About the role
- Maintain a comprehensive tracker of all sponsorship deliverables across programs and events.
- Ensure all contracted sponsorship elements are executed accurately and on time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors regarding deliverable timelines, asset submission, and approvals.
- Follow up with sponsors consistently to make sure sponsorship benefits are fully utilized.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine sponsorship deliverable offerings aligned with strategic goals.
- Track Foundation firm membership benefit usage and ensure benefits are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on benefit usage, sponsorship fulfillment, and return-on-investment metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sponsorship coordination, membership services, event support, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using Asana or similar project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, Trello) required.
- Experience working with CRM systems preferred.
