About the role
- Support coordination of projects across multiple teams and markets
- Assist in improving workflows, timelines and cross-departmental processes
- Help refine and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), documentation and project frameworks
- Participate in mapping new processes and identifying operational bottlenecks
- Communicate daily in Portuguese, English and Spanish across teams and markets
- Assist in managing operations between Brazil, LATAM and international partners
- Support global alignment meetings and follow up on cross-departmental action plans
- Help translate insights, reports and materials when needed
- Build dashboards, performance trackers and internal reports
- Analyze data from marketing, sales and operations teams
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Assist with operational forecasting and capacity planning
- Use AI tools for reporting, documentation, workflow creation and project support
- Help build automation workflows to improve project communication and operational consistency
- Contribute to research on new tools, technologies and best practices to modernize the agency’s operations
- Assist with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) research, competitive analysis and international market mapping
- Support sales and marketing teams with reports, dashboards and strategic insights
Requirements
- Students from the 2nd year onward (Engineering, Business Administration, Data/BI, Marketing, International Relations, Communications, Economics or related fields)
- Trilingual: Portuguese + English + Spanish (required)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Interest in project management, operations, BI or process improvement
- Curiosity about AI, automation and digital transformation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Ambitious, proactive and eager to grow in strategic operational roles
