About the role
- Research global markets to identify expansion opportunities in Brazil, LATAM, the US and Europe.
- Analyze industry trends, competitors and pricing to support strategic positioning.
- Help define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for different regions and verticals.
- Assist in identifying customer pain points and translating them into Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) for Chili.
- Use AI tools to support prospect research, email drafting, message optimization and commercial insights.
- Support the creation and testing of automation flows for prospecting, lead scoring and CRM updates.
- Learn to manage CRM pipelines, deal stages and data enrichment for accurate forecasting.
- Assist in developing global prospecting campaigns targeted at high-value prospects and partners.
Requirements
- Students from the 2nd year onward (International Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related fields)
- Strong interest in international business, partnerships, commercial strategy or global expansion.
- Analytical mindset with curiosity about AI, automation, CRMs and digital workflows.
- Excellent communication and research skills.
- Organized, proactive and comfortable working with data and strategy.
- Good communication in Portuguese; English required; Spanish is a significant advantage.
