About the role
- Create high-quality social media assets using generative AI tools (Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E, Gemini and Nano Banana)
- Build and maintain automated workflows for content production, scheduling, optimization and reporting
- Assist in developing and structuring content calendars aligned with campaign objectives
- Test and optimize creative variations using AI insights, A/B testing tools and performance data
- Support the production of visually compelling performance reports and client presentations
- Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters and strategists to ensure automation enhances — rather than replaces — creativity
- Participate in creative R&D (research and development) — exploring new tools, techniques and emerging social formats.
Requirements
- Students in at least their 2nd year (Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related fields)
- Strong design foundation (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma; experience with AI tools is a plus)
- Interest or experience in social media, automation tools and creative AI
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese; proficiency in English is a strong advantage
- Curiosity about the intersection of design, technology and scalable creative systems.
