About the role

  • Support HR operations with a strong focus on payroll and personnel administrative routines.
  • Assist in preparing information for payroll.
  • Help organize employee documentation and maintain up-to-date HR files.
  • Support the administrative flow of onboarding and offboarding.
  • Support benefits administration (commuter and meal allowances, health insurance).
  • Provide basic guidance to employees on routine HR inquiries.
  • Assist in identifying manual HR routines that can be automated.
  • Support the creation of HR dashboards, trackers, and documentation workflows.
  • Assist in coordinating internal training schedules.
  • Prepare and publish job postings.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Basic knowledge of Brazilian labor law, the internship law, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Interest in or prior exposure to personnel/payroll routines is a plus.
  • Strong skills in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets (formulas and data organization).
  • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in automation, process design, documentation, and HR innovation.
  • Interest in or initial experience with training & development or recruitment.
