About the role
- Own pipeline targets and the plays and experiments behind them
- Launch and manage multi-channel growth plays across paid, organic, email, events, partnerships, outbound, and product-led loops
- Design and optimize the funnel from first touch to qualified meeting
- Run fast, weekly experiments on channels, creatives, offers, landing pages, and automation
- Find unconventional growth opportunities, like viral loops, influencer plays, product hooks, or automation workflows
- Turn scrappy tests into repeatable pipeline engines
- Align closely with SDRs, AEs, and RevOps to turn experiments into real opportunities
- Track performance across pipeline, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
- Scale what works and kill what doesn’t
Requirements
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth roles
- Experience owning or directly influencing pipeline targets
- Proven track record of running experiments, not just campaigns
- Hands-on with paid ads, email, landing pages, automation, and lifecycle
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics and attribution
- Experience working closely with sales and RevOps
