About the role

  • Supports the contingent worker recruitment function.
  • Maintains employee file compliance needs.
  • Recruits all Temporary Employee hires.
  • Partners with the HR Compliance Advisor to implement strategies to meet Children's Minnesota initiatives, policies, applicable laws, and regulations.
  • Reports to the HR Compliance Advisor.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • In lieu of degree, three years of combined administrative and human resources related experience.
  • One year of human resources/recruitment experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with multiple software systems simultaneously.
  • General knowledge of HR employment laws.
  • Proven ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work in an environment with conflicting priorities with high attention to detail, follow-up, and follow-through skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and professional presence.
  • Effective problem solving, process improvement, and troubleshooting skills.
