About the role
- Supports the contingent worker recruitment function.
- Maintains employee file compliance needs.
- Recruits all Temporary Employee hires.
- Partners with the HR Compliance Advisor to implement strategies to meet Children's Minnesota initiatives, policies, applicable laws, and regulations.
- Reports to the HR Compliance Advisor.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- In lieu of degree, three years of combined administrative and human resources related experience.
- One year of human resources/recruitment experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working with multiple software systems simultaneously.
- General knowledge of HR employment laws.
- Proven ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work in an environment with conflicting priorities with high attention to detail, follow-up, and follow-through skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and professional presence.
- Effective problem solving, process improvement, and troubleshooting skills.
