Develop and implement compelling 360° brand campaigns, initiatives, and tactics that align with brand goals and resonate across channels
Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to guide cross-functional teams and ensure a cohesive narrative across all Chief touchpoints
Lead Chief’s organic social strategy (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube), including calendar planning, content development, influencer relations, partnership amplification, and community engagement
Develop detailed monthly and quarterly overviews of brand KPIs, including social metrics, organic lead reporting, and actionable insights
Provide brand and creative direction and guidance to maintain brand integrity and ensure appropriate creative and messaging are integrated across major company projects
Act as the “voice of Marketing” to internal, Member-facing teams
Manage day-to-day relationships with external creative and communications agencies
Partner with Member Marketing team to manage Chief’s branded merch strategy for members, including conception and design of products
Effectively manage budget in partnership with the VP of Brand Marketing and Finance teams
Report to the VP of Brand & Marketing and work closely with PR, Partnerships, Growth Marketing, Member Marketing, Sales, creative, operations, and analytics teams
Requirements
10+ years experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, creative and/or advertising
Experience managing bold omni-channel consumer marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, drive growth, and evoke an emotional connection
Experience using data and metrics to back up assertions of business value
Experience managing and maintaining active connections with internal and external creative teams and agency partners
Developing full-funnel brand marketing strategies that leverage engaging, innovative content
Project management with a track record of end-to-end project ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
Thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments; nimble, resourceful, and detail-oriented
Based in the NYC Metro Area (hybrid, 3 days/week in office)
