About the role

  • Lead client relationships and work closely with internal teams to complete projects successfully
  • Facilitate conversations with clients about campaign needs, goals, and the agency’s process
  • Identify opportunities or challenges that open up new possibilities for the agency to explore with clients
  • Build deeper client relationships and increase high-value touchpoints across the partnership
  • Present ideas and solutions with clarity and confidence, managing group dynamics and inspiring action
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring timely and effective execution
  • Gather and translate client input into actionable, insight-driven strategies
  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for campaigns—from intake through briefing, production, deployment, and reporting—using established tools and workflows
  • Input and track project specifics, creative briefs, and feedback in Jira
  • Maintain high standards for accuracy, timelines, and deliverables; proactively identify risks and correct course
  • Mentor and support team members to build understanding of client goals, products/services, industry context, and audience behavior
  • Write compelling creative briefs and project briefs that inspire strong work
  • Build and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with broader business objectives
  • Build staffing plans and scoping requirements; represent agency capabilities and support new business as needed
  • Manage one or more direct reports; lead regular one-on-ones and semi-annual performance conversations

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of marketing, project management, or client leadership experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with tools like Jira or similar project management platforms
  • A team-first mindset with a proactive, curious, and collaborative approach
  • AI/Digital Literacy, Critical Thinking, Self-Management, Data Analysis, Creativity, and Leadership (valued skills)
